I am very happy to announce that my daughter Sara has begun her own WordPress! YES!! She is a lot of fun, so please go over and say HI!

Today I finished up Week 1 of Pooch to 5k! It was HOTTTT, but I guess I should have thought of that before I went jogging in Mid Day in Florida! LOL No worries, It just makes me stronger! Say YES!!
