That’s Right! I was sleeping away until 6:30 am!
I woke with such a great feeling of happiness and gratitude. I proceeded to do my Yoga. This time was different than yesterday because I choose a different speed. I did my Sun Salutations and held each pose for 5 seconds. I went 4 total rounds. Then I proceeded to do the Leg curls, the 100, the plank and some push ups. Total work out time was 35 minutes. I will be adding squats to tomorrow mornings wake up exercise!
I did not jog last night, so I will be doing that tonight. Things are going very well, indeed!
2 shakes, One meal is doin my body good!
