For Years and years I worked in the Hospitality business. Great business for developing a powerful Entrepreneurial mindset, But not so great on the Body, especially if the person is lifting more glasses of wine after work then dumbbells. So, needless to say, I had A lot of Fun after work, and the result is…Really rounded, weak, and pained shoulders.
Now that my Next Challenge is around the corner, I want to share with you some of my goals for my shoulders. I want them Strong! I want them to have a beautiful shape. I want them FLEXIBLE.
SO HOW am I going to bring these tired shoulders back to life?
This is a beautiful way to begin your day. It is not how many Cycles you do, it is how mindful you are when you do them. Focus on form.
